If you are a landlord you must complete the Registration of Landlord form and return it to the Department of Community Development, pursuant to the City Code, Chapter 8 Article VII. A landlord is anyone who rents, leases or offers to rent or lease any residential rental property to another person. HOW TO REGISTER
- Download the Registration of Landlord form or obtain a copy of the form from the Community Development Department, 320 E. McCarty in City Hall.
- Once you have completed the application please mail or return the completed form to:
