Jefferson City has contracted with a recycler to pick up newspapers, magazines, and corrugated cardboard from six convenient locations within the City. Citizens may take these materials to any one of the six locations at anytime.  Also plastic may be recycled at the Memorial Park and City Hall locations. These locations for recycling include:

  • Fire Station #1, 621 W. High St.
  • Fire Station #2, 2400 E. McCarty St.
  • Fire Station #5, 1005 Fairgrounds
  • City Hall (East Parking Lot), 320 E. McCarty Street
