Jefferson City has contracted with Frank Twehous Excavating Company to provide a location to drop off yard waste. The hours of operation vary with the seasons. There is No Charge to City residents who haul their own waste. Free first ground compost is available.
Yard Waste (leaves, grass clippings, tree trimmings) will NOT be picked up by the trash collection company.
