The Engineering Division provides surveying, designing, and field inspection services in the implementation of the capital improvements program, as it pertains to streets, wastewater, stormwater, and other various projects. The division is also responsible for directing, reviewing, and managing consultants proposals, reviewing plats, plans, and other proposals submitted by private developers, archiving and maintaining an inventory of streets, wastewater, and stormwater facilities, maintaining and developing the Geographical Information System, and overseeing the development of the Stormwater Master Plan Update and the Requirements of the Phase II NPDES Permit.
