Below are the 2008-2009 Council Appointments to City Council standing committees, and liaisons to boards and commissions. The appointments are recommended by the Mayor, and approved by the Council, with the exception of Planning & Zoning Commission (& Board of Adjustment) Representative and Alternate, and President Pro Tempore, which are nominated and elected by the Council Members themselves. Each Council standing committee elects its own Chair and Vice-Chair.
