How to Apply for a Business License

• Download a Printable Application, fill out the application and return it to the Finance Department.               

• Visit the Finance Department

• Call or Email Lorrie Jarrett, Business License Administrator (573) 634-6322

Return applications or apply for a Business License at the Finance Department - office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Once the application has been filled out and turned in with the appropriate fees, the application is then sent to various departments for approval.

To make changes to a current business license fill out the Change Business Information Form
